Hi − I'm Tyler the company owner and still very much a hands-on plumber.
I'm a born and bred Wiganer having lived in Aspull all my life and am very proud of it! I still live in Aspull with my wife Kaylee and our four kids and, like any father with a young family, I want to spend as much time with them as possible so I prefer to work in the Wigan area as it reduces my time on the road. Plus, keeping things local also makes it easier to build good customer relationships as I'm never too far away so I can be more responsive.
I served my time at Aspull Plumbing Services and achieved my Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Plumbing and Heating from the City and Guilds London Institute back in 2009. Whilst working at High Efficiency Installation and Heatwave Heating and Gas Services I really learnt my trade and worked on boiler installations in some big social housing schemes, but in 2016 I decided the time was right to go it alone so I started Wigan Heating and Plumbing Ltd to offer high-quality plumbing services in the Wigan area.
It was definitely the right thing to do as I'm passionate about high quality service, that's both in terms of plumbing but also customer service as I appreciate everyone needs a dependable and friendly service. Even as the business grows and expands into a bigger team, I'm always available and involved.
Whilst I'm aiming to grow the business and add to the team, so that we can provide more resilience, I'll still be "on the tools" and working to ensure that our high standards are maintained − just check our Google reviews to read about the quality of our work and customer service.
Both of these are very important to me, obviously quality work is critical but I believe customer service is vital too − you need a reliable plumber who will turn up when they promised! We won't let you down. I'm also conscious that most of our work takes place inside your home, so we will respect that at all times and make sure that we tidy up and leave everything as we found it.
